This workshop will introduce participants to the benefits of integrating self-care behaviors into daily life, particularly within the context of balancing various leadership roles and responsibilities. Specific learning topics will include stress-management, setting personal boundaries, coping with perfectionism, and practicing self-compassion. By participating in this workshop, students can expect to learn practical strategies for reducing stress and learning to lead with a greater sense of empathy, both for themselves and others. Facilitated by UH Wellness and CAPS.
